Accommodation

Kowhai Court Apartments are Two-Bedroom units, fully furnished and self contained.
Each unit can sleep up to 6 persons. The main bedroom contains a Queen size bed while bedroom 2 has
one set of Bunks. A double Sofa-bed in the Lounge caters for a further two persons.
Sheets, Pillowcases, Duvets, and Towels (1 per person) are provided.

About Kowhai Court

'Kowhai Court', is a quiet cul-de-sac close to Foxton Beach's shops and services.
Within 100 metres are "Sea Breeze Takeaways", "Seabury Autostop", and the "Triangle Foodmarket".
A childrens playground, incorporating a Reserve and Walkway to the River and Estuary, is a similar distance.

Recreational activities nearby include Boating, Fishing, Sailing, Surfing, Swimming, and bird-watching in the Manawatu River Estuary. The quiet peaceful surroundings, without Highway noise, provide an ideal setting for relaxation and unwinding. The "Manawatu Marine Boating Club", overlooking the Estuary, is just a short walk away. It is open daily with dining on Friday and Saturday evenings. Visitors are welcome..

Facilities

We provide: cutlery, crockery etc for 6 persons. Full size automatic range, electric frypan, electric jug, electric toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric heating, laundry tub, automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes line, radio and a standard TV (Standard free to air television: no SKY).       A highchair, baby bath and a porta-cot are available.
You provide: personal necessities, soaps, flannels etc. Food and drink.

Our units are self-service for daily cleaning etc. Linen/towel exchange is available (charge)

 

Vehicles

Undercover parking is provided for 1 vehicle. Trailers-boats etc may be parked on adjacent property by arrangement.

$77 double, each extra adult $15, child under 11 $10
Low-Season :- Weekly rates available (enquire)

A Deposit (1 night equivalent) is required to confirm reservations. Balance payable on arrival.

We accept: - NZ Currency. Mastercard, Visa.       Eftpos facilities are NOT available.

Available OVERNIGHT / WEEKENDS / WEEKLY.
Xmas / New Year period - minimum stay = 3 nights.
Easter Weekend - minimum stay = 3 nights.

Earliest check in: 2pm.      Latest check out: 12 noon

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by 4pm, 7 days prior to stay. Failure to do so will result in full cancellation charges, which are the cost of one night's accommodation.
